The Alliance Program, offered by Ventilation Maximum, is a loyalty reward program for roofing contractors operating in Canada and in the United States. It’s important to note that all members of the Ventilation Maximum Alliance Program operate independently and are not considered subcontractors, employees, agents, or representatives of Ventilation Maximum. Ventilation Maximum does not make any assertions regarding the expertise, skills, or qualifications of any Alliance Program member and explicitly disclaims any and all representations and warranties, whether express or implied, concerning a contractor’s participation in the Alliance Program.
We understand the importance of selecting the right roofing professional for homeowners. Membership in our Alliance Program by a roofer should not replace the essential due diligence you must undertake before selecting a roofer, including verifying references, financial stability, appropriate licensing and insurance, and the warranty offered for workmanship. Ventilation Maximum does not guarantee the quality of work, performance, conduct, or reputation of any Alliance Program member.
BY ACCEPTING THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS ON THE “FIND A ROOFER” PAGE, YOU RELEASE VENTILATION MAXIMUM INC., AS WELL AS THEIR EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, AND REPRESENTATIVES, FROM ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, DEMANDS, LOSSES, DAMAGES, OR CAUSES OF ACTION (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DIRECT AND INDIRECT LOSSES, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, AND ECONOMIC LOSS), KNOWN OR UNKNOWN, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO:
(A) YOUR CHOICE OF A ROOFER, THE WORK PERFORMED BY SAID CONTRACTOR, AND ANY DISPUTES YOU MAY ENCOUNTER WITH SAID CONTRACTOR; AND
(B) VENTILATION MAXIMUM’S SCREENING AND SELECTION PROCESS FOR THE ALLIANCE PROGRAM, THE INCLUSION OF ANY CONTRACTOR IN SAID PROGRAM, AND VENTILATION MAXIMUM’S DISCLOSURES REGARDING THE ALLIANCE PROGRAM.
